La Xixa starts the new year with a new free training aimed at working women, especially those who are dedicated to the home and care in Castelldefels. 

This is the Creant Cures project, which is promoted by the Castelldefels City Council and is facilitated by the non-profit organization La Xixa.

In the training, we will create a group of women to reflect on the problems we face on a daily basis. We will do it through creative tools that will allow us to get to know each other better. We will look for answers to questions like: ¿Cómo me cuido a mí misma? Can I listen to myself and identify my needs? How can I do it?
